The Knapwell Wood fairies available in the shop are all designed and handmade in our fairy workshop near Cambridge, using carefully chosen quality materials. 

They would make lovely, unique gifts for birthdays, special celebrations (tooth fairy) and are perfect christening keepsake gifts, especially when given by a Fairy Godmother! Or you could collect them and create your own fairy house, theatre, or even wood ...

They are suitable for ages 4 and up, however they are designed to be gently handled and are a decorative item rather than a toy.

The fairies are carefully created from wool over a wire armature, with beading, fine glitter and decorative trim. Each fairy is handmade, so therefore will be completely unique. 

Each fairy comes beautifully presented in her own keepsake gift box made from natural recycled material, with soft filling to protect her.

Welcome to the Fairies of Knapwell Wood. Here you can follow the fairies as they flutter through the year. You can find out about their special places, from tree nooks, to bridges to a well in the woods, out into the brook, flowers and tracks of the meadows. 

You could even pop into the fairy shop - you may be inspired to visit your own woods, or even create your own fairy tree, house or theatre!
